- Curating and implementing project plans and managing mega projects like Business Takeovers/Transfers, Corporate Restructurings, Conversion of Company to LLP, LLP to Company, Company Formations in India, Shifting of R/O from one state to another etc. To name a few, covering applicable aspects including but not limited to the following:
- Obtaining fresh licenses, transfer of existing licenses including
- Industrial, Customs, HTR, Tax and others specific to the business
- Employee Transfers and Compliance thereto
- Supplier & Vendor engagement
- Subsidy transfers
- Land transfers
- Ensuring closure of other key-milestones of the projects
